To open your appetite, Dimie offers you one of her favorite recipe… easy and terribly delicious...
Chocolate Lava Cake:
170g bitter chocolate
4-5 cup butter
175g sugar
5 eggs
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
Preheat oven to 180°C
Break the chocolate into small pieces and melt it with butter over hot water (or over a gentle heat)
Add sugar
Cool before adding one by one the eggs
Add flour
Wait, it's almost done!
Bake at 180°c for 15-20 minutes: the outer part should be cooked and the inner part liquid. Your lava cake is done !
Consume without moderation until you get the aphrodisiac effect looked for...
